Reins of Resilience - 1 Day Intensive
Life can feel heavy when we’re carrying trauma, grief, and emotional pain. The Reins of Resilience 1-Day Intensive is designed to provide a supportive, transformative experience—helping you reconnect with yourself, your strength, and your healing journey.
In this one-day immersive workshop, you’ll engage in equine-assisted activities that foster safety, trust, and resilience. With the guidance of trauma-informed facilitators and the wisdom of horses, you’ll discover tools for grounding, processing, and moving forward.
No horse experience is required. All activities are on the ground (no riding).
