Aout the speaker:

Roy A Chaney - Retired Sr. Stakeholder Liaison within the Communication & Liaison Division. 
Roy serviced the greater Southern California Los Angles area as well as the State of Montana. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco as a cum laude graduate. Roy brought over 39 years of IRS experience to the Stakeholder Liaison role by way of prior positions in Customer Service, Field Exam, Offer in Compromise, and Field Collection prior to his retirement on September 29, 2025. His new mission is to arm the communities within the Los Angeles, Long Beach and Orange County areas with pertinent small business and individual tax information. Through this mission he expects to educate the masses on maneuvering thru the IRS maze of tax law, tax procedures and tax policies to make it easier to understand your tax rights and obligations. As of Jan 1, 2026 he is now RCKRC Solutions LLC specializing in the simple to the most extreme tax resolution cases.
