Students MUST show proof at the beginning of class. You must bring your duty belt with holster and duty baton for requalifications.Our course is designed to teach you everything you’ll need to know to carry and use a baton as while on duty as a professional security officer.Subjects include:Moral and legal aspects of baton usageIssues concerning the use of forceBaton familiarization and usesFundamentals of baton handling, including:o Stances and gripso Target areaso Defensive techniqueso Control and arrest techniques and First aid for baton injuriesYou’ll receive classroom instruction with student handouts as well as segments of practical application.
