Stillness and Sound Experience with Calming Cacao

EXPERIENCE

The calming wave-like tones of crystal soundbowls naturally support the body in settling into deep rest. Many people notice tension soften and the nervous system shift into a calmer state.

Sound and vibration have been used across cultures for centuries to support balance, presence and overall well-being. Each experience is personal. Most leave feeling lighter and more present.

WHAT TO BRING

Dress comfortably. You’re welcome to bring a blanket, pillow or mat. Several meditation cushions are also available to use.

FLOW

Welcome introduction and intention setting, followed by a warm flavanol-rich cacao drink.

Dan Stewart will begin with a brief grounding meditation.

Sara Galaso, licensed therapist, will then lead the sound experience.
