Settle into a deeply restorative experience that blends movement, meditation, and healing sound.
We’ll begin with a slow, gentle yoga practice, guided at a accessible pace to warm the body and prepare for a meditative state in Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a meditative form of yoga designed to guide the participant into the dreamy space between wakefulness and sleep. The experience will culminate in a 30 minute immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls and various instruments. Practitioners will leave feeling deeply rested and blissful.
