Rose combines her expertise in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga with over a decade of teaching experience to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more connected. Her approach integrates mindful movement and nervous system regulation to promote sustainable alignment and a sense of freedom in body and mind.

? Sound Healing Journey with Emily Bryson

Then, surrender into a deeply transformative sound experience with Emily Bryson. Through crystal singing bowls, chimes, vocals, and hand drum, Emily creates a vibrational landscape that helps clear dense energy, balance your energy centers, and open your heart to love and light. The frequencies invite deep rest, clarity, and connection to your Higher Self.
