- **Event Description**: Join us as we kick off the holiday season in Carroll County. Our annual Christmas Parade will help usher in the holiday season. This year's theme is A Country Christmas. Jon Doe Band will perform music as our kids area and food vendors open on Second Street at 4 p.m., kicking off the festivities. Our downtown window reveal will take place at 5 p.m., followed by the lighting of Carrollton Square at 5:30 p.m. The parade will start at 6 p.m. and will begin on 3rd Street, flow out onto Lisbon Street, and wrap around both sides of the square, passing by PNC Bank, continuing up to Que Pasa, and dispersing to the right. Following the procession, Santa and Mrs. Claus will make an appearance near the McCook House Museum to meet and greet visitors. From 4 to 8 p.m., Second Street will host food trucks, children's activities, crafts, and more. Be sure to come early and visit our local shops and restaurants as well.
