We’ll close out the evening with our signature BGWR Welcome Mixer—a full-room turn up celebration where we show up in our BGWR gear, our lit bookish energy, and our community spirit. Saturday is our full summit experience, featuring fireside chats, author meet-and-greets, wellness opportunities, and powerful conversations centered on empowerment, ownership, literacy and what it means to fully step into our next bloom. We’ll end the night in true BGWR fashion with an evening celebration with a lit karaoke bingo night, sure to bring unforgettable moments. Sunday is where we pour outward. Through the BGWR Boundless Legacy Project, attendees will participate in a community service initiative that reflects our commitment to impact through mentorship. We are partnering with a local organization to connect with young ladies for a live mentorship opportunity with the next generation. From there, we transition into our signature Lit Picnic experience—a curated afternoon of journaling, open mic poetry, and intentional connection. We’ll close the weekend with an intimate, all-black affair gala, offering a one-on-one, up-close experience with our founder, the summit team, and some of our distinguished guests. VIP experiences will return, along with flexible payment plan options available at ticket launch. With the momentum from our first year, we are anticipating a sold-out experience for 2027.
