Please note there will be limited seating, this event is limited to active students and their families. 

1. All Students (Adult or child) that are coming to watch testing must be in full uniform top, bottom, school t shirt and belt. Parents are not allowed to drop off any students regardless of age. 
2. Testing starts at 11 and ends when it ends, you are not required to stay for the whole test but we do ask that if you are coming in and out during testing you are quiet. 
3. Children must remain seated during testing. If you have young children under 5 we ask that you not bring them. Distractions from the guests can and will cause mistakes for our students testing. Please note that 3 mistakes causes a student to fail. This is not like color belt testing. 
4. Please put cell phones on silent/ sleep mode.
5. There will be times where you can cheer on the students we ask that if you do not know if it’s an appropriate time you make no noise at all. There are times of the test such as forms where the students need silence, and noise from the guests can cause enough of a distraction for a mistake. Keep in mind these students are not just getting tested on one or two forms but they are also tested 8-10 of them ranging from 20-30 motions per form. 
6. If you have to have a conversation take it outside.
7. If we see that a child or adult is being disruptive you will be asked to leave. No exceptions.
8. There will be bathroom breaks and water breaks for the students. We ask that you do not walk across the mat while testing is going on and wait until their break time. 
9. Seating is limited, due to this being a long day you are free to bring your own. No seating will be allowed on the mat. Only immediate family (mom, dad, siblings) of testers will be allowed inside the dojang off the mat.  

This may seem like a lot for some people, but this testing is a lot for the students that are testing. They have been not only waiting but working hard for many years for this day. Please be respectful or again you will be asked to leave.
