Yoga for Comfort and Ease (4 Week Series)
Join therapeutic yoga instructor and Ortho-Bionomy practitioner Alex Moody for this 2-hour yoga workshop for the nervous system. Learn techniques to not only calm and relax the nervous system but also how to engage with this complex, amazing system that interplays with our everyday life. This workshop is great for working with anxiety and depression as well as stress management. We will move and breath in gentle yoga poses and do a guided yoga nidra at the end. You will leave feeling deeply connected to your inner world as well as ready to show up presently to your outer world. All levels workshop for people with no yoga experience as well as seasoned practitioners.
