Myofascial Self Care
This class allows you to experience the fundamentals of myofascial release and its gentle stretching. Myofascial stretching has long holds that allow your body to soften and melt like butter. This hour is a no force, no strain and no pain zone. You'll feel how small changes to the stretches you may already be doing, increase the effectiveness and create longer lasting change. No more stretching and feeling things tighten back down in a couple hours.
All participants will recieve a self treatment ball and reminders of self care tips covered during class.
Please bring a yoga mat and a sense of curiosity. Class size is kept small so each participant receives individualized attention.
