Intro to Pranayama Workshop
An introduction to the power breath can bring to your yoga practice and your life.
This 2hr workshop will cover the basics of pranayama, yogic breathing techniques, and how it can be used to deepen our physical poses or used as a stand alone practice. We will go over the anatomy of breathing, the science behind how our breathing patterns affect our mood and our health, learn the basics of several of these ancient breathing practices and their practical applications in our daily life.
