Spring Awakening: Equinox Beach Flow

Join Kristen on Carolina Beach for a rejuvenating Spring Equinox yoga class. Celebrate balance and renewal with a serene, nature-connected practice that honors the four cardinal directions. Conclude with an optional, invigorating ocean plunge, symbolizing a fresh start and the cleansing power of water. Embrace the shifting seasons and align with the rhythms of the earth.
We meet at Tennessee Ave access on the sand. $20 drop-in or free for monthly members. Bring a large beach blanket or towel to practice on. Please note there are no public restrooms at this beach access.
