Kellen Smith is a Registered Nurse and Nervous System Reset Facilitator based in Wilmington, NC. After nearly a decade working in healthcare, she became passionate about helping people find simple, effective ways to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves.

Combining her clinical background with the healing power of sound, Kellen creates deeply restorative experiences using crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, breathwork, and intentional stillness. Her sessions are designed to help calm the mind, release stress, and support the body’s natural ability to rest and restore.
