We'll begin with a refreshing herbal summer tea before settling into a slow, all-levels stretch practice designed to release tension and help you unwind. Bring your drink to your mat and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere as we move together.
As the sunlight dims and the room darkens, we'll transition into a guided relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and layered sounds from a variety of calming instruments.
Take your time settling back, enjoy your tea, and connect through conversation and community before heading into your evening.
No experience needed. Just bring your mat and come as you are.
