- **Event Description**: As winter settles in, come as you are and sink into deep rest. The stillness of December invites us to slow down, soften, and find warmth within. This winter-inspired evening blends Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and a soothing Sound Bath to calm your nervous system and reconnect you to peace.

Restorative Yoga + Reiki is a deeply nurturing experience with gentle, supported stretches held for several minutes. While you rest into each posture, Sydney and Genna will move through the space offering Reiki to encourage healing, energetic release, and grounding like being wrapped in a blanket of calm.

Once we’ve melted into our bodies and anchored our breath, Sydney will guide us through a 45-minute Sound Bath featuring crystal and alchemy singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that invite you to drift into stillness as the vibrations wash over you like a quiet winter snowfall.

☃️ What to Expect ☃️
• Restorative Yoga + Reiki from 4:30–5:30 PM
• Sound Bath from 5:30–6:15 PM
• Complimentary tea, eye masks, essential oils, lotion, and herbal tinctures
• Ear protection available for anyone with sensitive ears
• A cozy, candle-lit space to rest, reflect, and be held in community

❄️ Please Bring ❄️
• Yoga mat
• Two pillows (or bolsters) and yoga blocks if you have them. 
• Warm, comfortable clothing
• Anything that helps you feel supported (blanket, crystal, journal, etc.)
• Water to stay hydrated

** we have extra mats, blocks, and a few bolsters to offer for those who don’t have any**
