Day Retreat at SRF Center

THIS IS A FREE EVENT

Self-Realization Fellowship’s Day Retreat programs at the SRF Center are open to anyone seeking spiritual renewal and who desires to leave behind the pressures of everyday life — if only for a few hours — to deepen their awareness of the Divine.

The purpose of a Self-Realization Fellowship retreat is to provide spiritual seekers with an opportunity to withdraw from their usual environment and routine activities in a quiet setting where God’s presence can be more easily experienced.

They are conducted in silence to facilitate inner communion. Silence helps retreatants stay internalized – ready to receive and feel.

SCHEDULE

Sat, March 23, 9:30am – 4:00pm

9:30 am Energization Exercises

10 am - 1 pm Meditation (w/ Kirtan)

1-1.30 pm Break (sack lunch)
Fruit, cookies, juice

1.30-2.30 Video Inspirational Talk

2.30-2:45 pm Short Meditation

2.45-3 pm Break

3-4 pm Meditation & closing
