Push your limits, ride real trails, and have a blast with your crew. Sunday Shredz combines shuttle-assisted rides, expert coaching, and fun on Kalamunda, Goat Farm and Dwellingup trail networks for 5 action-packed weeks.

The Vibe: This isn’t about racing – it’s about:

Learning new skills while having a laugh
Sweaty Sundays, dusty trails, and big smiles

Rock n Roll Trail Hub – 361 Paulls Valley Road, Paulls Valley
Dwellingup - Murray Valley
Goat Farm - Greenmount

Session runs: 8 – 11am *arrive 8am, depart 8:10am

Session 4: Sunday 7th June: Mundaring Pines
Session 5: Sunday 21st June: Dwellingup
 
Program: What’s Included

5 x Sunday Sessions (approx. 2.5–3 hours each)
Shuttle Uplifts (commercial operator), please note riding up will also be required!!!
Skills coaching covering:
Descending & technical features
Cornering & flow
Trail confidence & line choice
Safe progression on drops, rocks, and jumps
Post-ride snacks & fuel each week
Fun, social rides in a supportive crew environment
Shuttle Info

Uplifts provided by a commercial provider (not exclusive to our group).
Riders/guardians must agree that shuttling is at own risk, including potential bike damage during transport.
Riders are responsible for ensuring their bike is mechanically sound.

Safety Kit Policy: Riders must have:
Properly fitted full-face helmet
Gloves (essential)
Knee pads (essential) (elbow pads recommended)
Water (min. 750ml in bottle or pack)
Small backpack with snack, spare tube, pump/CO2, rain jacket
No gear = no ride * this will be enforced for safety and consistency.

Extreme Weather Policy:
Sessions run rain or shine – riding in different conditions is part of mountain biking. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled in extreme weather, including: Lightning or thunderstorms, severe winds, excessive or dangerous rainfall, extreme heat or other unsafe conditions.

To manage changing conditions, we may:
Adjust ride duration or finish earlier, ride shorter laps, choose more sheltered or shaded trails, take additional breaks, riders should bring:
Plenty of water
Electrolytes when appropriate
Weather-appropriate riding gear

Please note: No refunds will be given due to weather conditions. If a session is cancelled due to extreme weather, we will offer an alternative date.

Expect to get sweaty, dusty, muddy, and gritty — that’s all part of the fun!

Program Cost:
$385 (five sessions, includes shuttles, coaches and refreshments.
