This training will include information on child development, yoga poses and sequencing appropriate for children ages 2 and up, with a primary focus on early childhood and elementary aged students.  Whether you are a teacher, parent, yoga instructor, or healthcare professional, this training is for you!  You will learn games, music, and mindfulness exercises which can be used in a variety of settings to enhance a child's yoga practice.  There will be time for discussion, practice and application.  Come prepared to move, learn and have fun!  Minimal yoga experience needed *prior knowledge of some yoga poses will be beneficial* More important is a desire to learn and a passion for working with children.
