- **Event Description**: We're delighted to be joining forces with The National Botanic Garden of Wales to bring Bugfest's award-winning collection of incredible exotic minibeasts from around the world to the Garden. Get up close to a fascinating array of creatures, with the chance to safely handle many of them and discover what makes these amazing animals so important. 

As the UK's longest-established specialist entomology education provider, Bugfest has spent over 20 years inspiring audiences of all ages with exciting, interactive insect science. Their expert team makes the fascinating world of invertebrates accessible and engaging for the whole family, highlighting the vital role these many-legged superheroes play in keeping our planet healthy. 

Meet an extraordinary collection of creatures, including stick insects, cockroaches, millipedes, tarantulas, bird-eating spiders, scorpions and more – many of which you would usually only see on television. 

You'll even have the chance to watch dung beetles hard at work as they happily recycle nature's waste – a surprisingly fascinating sight! 

And if that's not enough, come face-to-face with the world-famous bullet ants and giant centipedes in Bugfest's care, made famous through Steve Backshall's Deadly 60.  

It's a thrilling experience that's sure to leave a lasting impression.
