However, research has shown that employee harm can often be avoided.This 3-hour workshop will provide valuable insight and protected time for participants to openly discuss the practical challenges of implementing a people-centred approach.Andrew Cooper, co-editor and author of ‘Under Investigation: Transforming Disciplinary Practice in the Workplace’, will share recent research undertaken with HR leaders and take participants on a journey to review their current practices.Participants will be given the opportunity to reflect on the work they may have already undertaken in this area and practice the skills needed to effect change in their organisations.
