The steps are :

Stomp your left foot 🦶 4 times ( meaning saying no to abuse of any kind )

Take cover right foot forward four times using right hands to take cover ( meaning seeking for help somebody who can 👌 listen and help take action)

Be safe look 👀 left look right 4 times run forward and backwards 4 times krisscross to the right and left 4 times ( meaning knowing your whits about’s and getting away from abuse change direction and move on )
