togetherness as we celebrate his life.
25 th April at the Mapperley social club Annex behind the main building where there is
free car parking too. NG3 5RH
7pm – 11pm
Martin sadly passed away in February, and we would love to gather with everyone who
knew and cared for him — to laugh, talk, sing, listen to music, dance, share stories and
memories, and raise a glass in his honour.
Alongside a playlist of some of Bodie’s favourite tracks, there will be a live performance
from “Old Nic Trading Company”.
There will be a buffet, and the bar will be well stocked with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic
drinks.
We’ll also have a display of some of Bodie’s books, records, and iconic fashion pieces. You’re
warmly welcome to take something home so these treasures can continue to be enjoyed.
If you wish to give a small donation, there will be a box supporting three charities chosen by
the family — a reflection of Bodie’s lifelong generosity.
