- **Event Description**: Welcome to this free Facebook Live guided meditation from the comfort of your home or chosen space. This regular event takes place on the 1st Monday of the month at 8pm and has a different theme, focus and/or meditation style each month. The theme for April is going to be "BEING INSPIRED", just as I always feel nature is as things unfurl and open up in the Spring time. And I find a great way to open up my own inspiration is to pick an Oracle Card and let its image, colour and words guide where my thoughts and contemplation can lead me. 

I have been making great use of my ENCHANTED MAP Oracle Deck this year so I am most likely to pick a card at random from this deck. From there, I will guide you into a relaxed and open state of awareness and we will see what arises for us based on the card that we uncover.

We may use some breath techniques to start us off, but we will largely be inspired to meditate on the imagery or theme that the card brings in combination with how we find ourselves and how we experience the energy on the night.

As usual, this will be an unscripted guided meditation to allow the freedom to draw in and work with the energies of the participants, the messages and vibrations that come through the ether on the night so I can never guarantee exactly how it will play out.

If you find meditation really difficult, please do join us. This gives you all the more reason! My speciality is exploring a range of ways to both free and focus the mind so that you can experience the greatest benefit from your meditation practice. You can choose to sit or lie down, and, for some meditation practices, you can even choose to stand. Allowing yourself the opportunity to take some focused time for yourself and really dedicating that time to yourself helps you to receive whatever it is that you need most in the moment. And it’s not always what you expect.

No experience is necessary and all you need are:
– a quiet space to listen
– comfortable clothing so you can relax 
– an open mind to receive the greatest benefit from the session.
