New Year, Full Moon Sound Bath - Sequim

Happy New Year, Sequim! Some good vibrations are a great way to kick it off.

Cozy up out of the cold, and immerse yourself in sound-wave vibrations of world instruments. Didgeridoo, gong, handpan, flutes, singing bowls & more catalyzing inward journeys. Some like the didgeridoo have been used for these purposes since the dawning of civilization. This is a great way to really align with your intentions for the New Year.

Studies have shown lowered cortisol and inflammation as the bodies cells are exposed to these vibrations and energy. Beyond these physical benefits there are profound potentials you will have to experience yourself.

I have been practicing this art for the last decade of my life, all because of how much music helped me when I needed it the most. This is still the best way I have found to pay it forward.
