Sound Bath

Come with an open heart, a pillow, and a blanket, ready to connect with yourself and others in a shared space of healing. Together, we’ll immerse in the resonant sounds of crystal bowls, a shamanic drum, and other sacred instruments, setting powerful intentions and opening to the collective energy. This breathwork and sound bath experience will guide you into deep connection, leaving you feeling centered, uplifted, and aligned with your purpose.

COST: $45 ($5 off for YogaSix members)

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class so we can get you SIX-tuated. Our classes start promptly on time with NO LATE ENTRY.

Bring your own yoga mat & towel. Don't have one? We have them available for rent / purchase.
