Regulation Reset was created for families who are tired of yelling, rushing, and ending the day feeling depleted.
This is a hands-on, in-person experience for parents and their 4–7 year old children. You’ll learn practical nervous system tools you can use in real time at home, not just strategies to talk about, but tools you will practice and refine together.
Over 6 weeks, your family will begin shifting how you respond to stress from the inside out.

Investment
This is an investment in your whole family.
Led by 2 licensed therapists and hosted at a facility with childcare support.
• $300/week — up to 2 caregivers + 1 child
• $400/week — up to 2 caregivers + 2 children
• $500/week — up to 2 caregivers + 3 children
Option to pay weekly or in full ($1,800+ depending on family size).
