We will also cover what you can expect from your postpartum recovery beginning immediately after birth throughout your fourth trimester (12 weeks). We will cover your anatomy and physiology postpartum, strategies for getting enough sleep, nutrition and returning to movement, how to ask for the support you actually need, and the difference between baby blues and perinatal mood disorders.
