Buddha teaches that death is certain and that through recognising this truth we can benefit both ourself and others in preparing, so that we can be peaceful.

On this half day course Gen Lhachog will share from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully and explain techniques we can all use in our daily life.
