It's the season of scratchy throats, runny noses and even a good lashing of stress and anxiety. But does it have to be that way? I don't think so.
There are so many nourishing and healing herbs, flowers, mushrooms and roots out there which can really help you, especially this time of year. But on top of that, when things are stressful, we need connection so much more.

That's why I've put together this nourishing, connected workshop to look at the healing power of nature and the way we can use teas, infusions and decoctions, but also a space where we can just be, in the beautiful Yoga Studio Carlisle

This won't be a one off session but a series to connect, nourish and heal.
