In this 90-minute guided experience, you'll be invited into your body through a carefully curated blend of music and three distinct styles of breathwork. This journey is designed to support deep inner connection, realign your nervous system, and offer a somatic reset. With music as a guide and your breath as the gateway, we’ll soften the noise of the external world and come home to the truth within. This is a space for release, restoration, and remembering who you are beneath the layers.
No prior experience with breathwork is necessary—just bring your breath, your presence, an open heart and your yoga mat for lying down.
