Mental Health Educational Program

NAMI Family to Family Course at Carlisle United Methodist Church (333 S Spring Garden St, Carlisle)

Carlisle UMC is honored to host NAMI Family-to-Family, a free, 8-week education and support program for family members, partners, and friends of individuals living with mental health conditions.

Led by NAMI Cumberland & Perry County team, this course offers trusted information, understanding, and practical strategies to help you support your loved one - while also caring for yourself. Participants will:
• Learn about mental health conditions and treatment options
• Build communication and problem-solving skills
• Find community with others who understand your experience

Locations: Carlisle UMC (333 S Spring Garden St, Carlisle
Wednesdays: January 28-March 18
Time: 6:00-8:30pm
