The room will be heated s upon arrival and during the class as we flow through a vinyasa and mobility based sequence. Using the heat to get deeper into the body but also to detoxify, strengthen and up our cardio. After firing it up with a standing sequence of vinyasa you’ll enjoy some longer holds in seated postures as we get deeper into the poses. Plenty of variations and modifications for everyone! Some basic experience of yoga is needed for this class but rest assured Martin makes his classes accessible for everyone, so we can unite and practice together!
