Buddha teaches that we need to solve outer problems with outer solutions, but to solve our problem, our unpleasant feelings, we need to find inner solutions.

On this 4 week course we will explore what this means and how we can apply it in daily life.

You will learn:

Recognising the difference between inner and outer problems.
Methods to develop a strong and deep inner stillness.
Ways to bring what you learn into daily life.
