Entertaining with Charcuterie - A Hands-On Workshop

Are you planning a cheese and charcuterie board for your family Thanksgiving meal?

Join us on Sunday afternoon, November 16th from 1-3pm for an afternoon full of cheese, charcuterie meats, and fun!

Stephanie, Central Wedge owner and chief cheese guide, will demonstrate 6 steps on how to design a professional and festive grazing board. Attendees will be invited to follow along with the steps, designing their own grazing box. Afterwards, all attendees are invited to mingle and enjoy the contents of the larger board that Stephanie designed.
