- **Event Description**: Join us and take part in weekly meetings to help people and their families, friends and carers to cope with and manage the challenges of livings with dementia and other life long conditions. This will be a welcoming and friendly opportunity to share wellbeing, fun activities and make new friends, Time will be offered to share our stories, learn ways of caring and navigate the world of care, health, housing benefits and the law.

Entry is £3 per person, your first session is free.

Activity Schedule for the next few weeks:

April 24th Move it or loose it (taster session)
May 1st    Physio2U (Physio led exercise)
May 8th    Friendships Pt1 (Presentation & Discussion)
May 15th  Movement, Music & Meditation 
May 22nd Craft & Nature Activity
May 29th  Friendships Pt2 (Presentation & Discussion)

Activities are suitable for all abilities and lifelong conditions, including but not limited to: dementia and other age related memory issues, physical disabilities, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, autism, and so on, plus friends family carers and any support network.
Activities take place between 1pm & 2pm with social time either side.
