Join us for an engaging seminar with information that will connect the dots between these important topics that affect everyday life. Learn practical advice and strategies that can help you start progressing on a path toward healing and an improved quality of life.

In this workshop:

- understand the anatomy of the core and how it is suppose to work to support your body
- learn what movements may be sabotaging your healing
- learn basic safe stretches anyone can do to minimize strain in your body
- learn the principals of alignment to keep your back strong and relieve pain
- try breathing techniques that help to support relaxation and core activation

- urinary leakage with coughing, sneezing and laughing
- urinary leakage with running, walking or jumping
- chronic constipation
- poor bowel control and leakage
