Tai Chi in the Park - Alameda

Come out for Tai Chi in the Alameda at 10am on Saturday, June 7th. Wear comfortable clothes for easy movement. The Canadian Tai Chi Academy is providing the class. Everyone is welcome!

This activity is part of the ParticipACTION Community Challenge to become Canada's Most Active Community and win the $100,000 GRAND PRIZE to go toward recreational programming!
