Indigenous culture: actitivities, arts and crafts, vendors, food, music and so much more! Event supports Art for Aid.
From the Art for Aid Project:
Each year Zion Memorial United Church, the Carleton Place Public Library and a host of supporters come together to raise funds for Art for Aid; a local project that collects and ships art supplies to resource challenged Indigenous schools across Canada.
The event will have authentic Indigenous vendors, maker workshops, traditional children's games, drumming, education and awareness displays, and so much more!
The opening of the event begins with a smudging ceremony at 9:30 with vendors opening at 10am.
Bring the family, bring the friends, and bring a donation of new art supplies to the Art for Aid tent!
