Thinking about auditioning for Godspell… but worried it’s “too religious”?
We get it. That’s not the show we’re making.
This Godspell is about community, humanity, and quiet leadership — not sermons.
It’s playful, modern, and deeply ensemble-driven.
We’re especially seeking performers in their 20s & 30s (but all ages welcome!), including candidates for Jesus
(male-presenting preferred, but open to all genders).
This version of Jesus is not untouchable or perfect.
They are present, grounded, compassionate — someone others naturally listen to.
No capes. No preaching.
Just music, connection, and people trying to be better to each other.
Looking for:
� Strong singers
� Calm, curious, open energy
� Comfortable leading without dominating
