Yin Yoga & Sound Meditation - With Anne-Marie Sound Yogi

Sink into deep stillness and restoration with an evening of yin yoga and sound. This gentle practice invites you to soften into long-held postures that release tension, create spaciousness in the body, and calm the mind.

As you surrender into each pose, the healing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other soothing instruments will guide you deeper into relaxation. The combination of yin yoga and sound meditation supports energetic balance, emotional release, and inner peace.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is required—just bring your mat, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down. Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and renewed.
