Are you ready for the historical debut of The Junction Card Show Function?!

A lot more details are still coming together, but here are the details that HAVE came together.

Tables:

This show will consist of 83 total tables.  There are a total of 43 8ft tables and 40 6ft tables.  8ft tables are $70 per table.  6ft tables are $50 per table.  This price INCLUDES the $10 Single Day Event License fee required by the City of Carl Junction.  This $10 is NON-REFUNDABLE.  With us choosing this fee being included, you're really purchasing a 6ft table for $40 and an 8ft table for $60.  There is a post pinned to the top of the page designated for table availability that gets updated in real time as tables are being purchased.  Table(s) must be bought and paid in full to be officially reserved.  If you are interested in purchasing one of more tables, please message the page directly or contact the Show Manager, Ken Wickstrom at 417-437-4771 to confirm requested table(s) availability and once confirmed, payment arrangements can be made.  Payment options include Paypal (F&F) and Venmo.

Table Refunds:

EXCLUDING the non-refundable $10 Single Day Event License fee required by the City of Carl Junction, a full refund will be issued up until Friday, September 25th.  After Friday, September 25th, a full refund will ONLY be issued if we can fill your table(s) before the day of the show on Saturday, October 10th.  Table(s) must be bought and paid in full to be filled.

Show Day Details:

Set up time for vendors will began at 7 a.m.  

Early Bird Hours will began at 9 a.m. and end at 11 a.m.  During the Early Bird Hours, there will be an entry fee charge of $10 per person.  Children 12 and under will be excluded from the Early Bird Hours fee.  

Admission will be FREE beginning at 11 a.m. and end at 6 p.m. when the show itself ends.

Raffles:

We will have TWO raffles!  The prize for both of these raffles will be revealed as we get closer to the show date.

The first raffle will be during the Early Bird Hours from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  This is a FREE raffle!  Each person who pays the Early Bird Hours entry fee will receive a free ONE TIME entry for this raffle.  The drawing for this raffle will take place right after 11 a.m. when the free admission timeframe begins.

The second raffle will begin at 11 a.m. and end at 5 p.m.  The drawing for this raffle will take place right 5 p.m.  There will be a cost to enter this raffle.  The cost is still to be determined.  You will be able to enter numerous times for this raffle.

Mini Games:

We love prizes just as much as you do.  So much that we're designing mini games for more chances for prizes!
