Waves of Renewal is a soulful immersion designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you and create space for new intentions, clarity, and peace as you step into the new year.

To make the most of your experience:

• Avoid heavy meals or alcohol a few hours before the session
• Bring an open mind and allow yourself to fully relax into the sounds
• Switch off your phone or place it on silent to stay fully present

• Yoga mat
• Eye mask
• Blanket or shawl
• Water bottle
• Journal and pen
• Comfortable clothes and an open heart
• (Optional) Crystals or items that support your journey

Parking: Free street parking is available nearby.Transport: The venue is just a 5-minute walk from Caringbah Train Station.
