The Battle of the Badges is back!!

Also joining the battle is Sheriff Frey and the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office.

We will have a knockout softball game at 12pm between the Wyandot County Sheriff's Office and Carey Safety Services where the winner takes on the defending Champions in the charity softball game at 1:30pm.

The 2023 Battle of the Badges is scheduled for September 30, 2023. The battle of the badges started in 2019 and consisted of Upper Sandusky Police and Fire playing softball against Carey Police and Fire.

The money raised was donated to Wyandot Memorial Hospital Oncology Patients. The money was used to purchase gift cards for gas, food, and other various items to improve the quality of life of patients battling cancer.

In 2019 we were able to donate $8,000.00 to the cause.

In 2023, we are again raising money for cancer patients in Wyandot County through the Wyandot Memorial
Hospital Oncology Department.
