Yin & Sound workshop at The Studio

Join Sukina and Beth for an hour of Yin yoga and Sound healing. The session begins at 5:45pm, please arrive ten minutes before to give yourself time to settle.

Both practices are meditative, you will be guided through a series of postures that target the fascia (connective tissue) whilst the vibrations of the bowls support you throughout. This hour will consist of seated postures and will then slowly ease into a relaxation state where you are able to rest.

All props are provided, arrive/bring comfortable loose clothing so that you are able to move freely and be comfortable in the space.

If you have a medical condition that may be affected by intense sound vibrations, please reach out prior to booking.

Not suitable for those in early stages of pregnancy or those diagnosed with epilepsy.

There are facilities at the venue i.e toilets and free parking
