The National Cardiovascular Research Network are pleased to be hosting this relaxed community session designed for women in Cardiff who may not usually take part in cardiovascular health activities or research.The event includes a gentle yoga class led by nedayogi, short talks from local researchers from Cardiff Metropolitan University on women’s cardiovascular health, and the opportunity to receive optional free blood pressure and atrial fibrillation checks carried out by trained staff.
