Join us for a beautifully nourishing day of women’s empowerment & holistic health….co-hosted by Lulu and Dr Sohère. Lulu, a medicine woman & energy healer who honours ‘rites of passage ‘ a self love & grief guide….Dr Sohère a medical doctor (specialising in Women’s health, hormone optimisation and integrative medicine) & shamanic practitioner…come together to create the perfect blend of wisdom & care.
 
In this retreat, we’ll navigate the transformative mid-life awakening journey of menopause peri, during & post as a sacred rite of passage. This pivotal time in a woman’s life is so often overlooked, yet it holds immense power. Rather than viewing this transition as something to be feared or managed away, we will reclaim it as a threshold moment…a portal to deeper embodiment, intuition, freedom & wisdom.
You’ll learn to connect with your body, understand its whispers before they become screams & honour this powerful stage of womanhood, cultivating a relationship of care & reverence for your unique journey in a sacred, supportive space.
 
We’ll begin with a welcoming cup of cacao & a sharing circle where each participant can express where they are in their health & perimenopause/menopause journey or hormonal health. Dr Sohère will offer both medical & holistic guidance, providing personalised advice & signposting.

After a short break, we will hold space for the sacred rites of passage,  supported with shamanic tools if any healing or energy blocks come up so you feel held & supported in this sacred ceremony. The day will be lovingly infused with wombhood connection, ceremony, tools & practices for you all to truly remember who you are & becoming… Together, we will reclaim the wisdom & beauty of this life phase, guided by the knowledge that midlife is not an ending, but a profound awakening.
