This beautiful sound bath invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner world during this powerful seasonal turning point.

The Winter Solstice marks a threshold—a sacred pause between cycles. Across cultures it symbolises:

This sound bath is designed to support these themes, helping you rest, release, and realign as the season shifts.

You’ll be guided into deep relaxation through a carefully curated journey of breath connection, meditation and helaing sounds including:

• Gentle crystal singing bowls
• Tibetan bowls
• Koshi chimes
• Symphonic gong
• Gentle vocal tones

These frequencies encourage the body to unwind, the mind to quiet, and the heart to soften. You’ll leave feeling centered, nourished, and renewed.
