Bring a mat, blanket or sleeping bag for the colder months, and pillow to get comfortable and cosy.
Immerse yourself into the sound and vibration of sacred instruments. Let all the cells in your body dance and weave the energy of mother earth and the cosmos together. Release anything which is no longer needed and bring your body and mind in complete harmony and balance through the law of resonance. Leaving you feeling relaxed and at peace with yourself.
We will start with a meditation before entering the heartbeat of the drum. Percussion instruments, Himalayan singing bowls, bespoke gongs, pipes, crystal singing bowls, and much more will be used during the journey.
Sound therapy is very beneficial for sleeping problems and aids all physical and emotional issues.
Research has proven that heart rate and blood pressure can be reduced.
Contraindications are pacemaker, epilepsy and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
The cost is £15.
