It helped regulate my nervous system, supported my recovery from anxiety and rebuilt a level of confidence I didn’t think I’d have again. But I also know that many women never step into these environments because they feel masculine, intimidating or overwhelming.That is not what we are creating here.This will be a soft, welcoming and fully supported space. You do not need experience. You do not need to be “good at the cold.” You do not need to prove anything.I will guide you through the entire experience — from breathwork to support your body in the cold, to understanding what’s happening physiologically, to gently leading the immersion process at your own pace. There is no pressure, no performance and no expectation.Alongside the sauna and plunge cycles, I’ll also be sharing more of my personal journey and how contrast therapy supported my transformation.
